FAQs 

  • Do I take insurance? Yes. I currently paneled through the following insurances in WA only: Quest Bx Health, Aetna, Carelon, Cigna, Regence Blue Shield of WA, Optum; Oscar/Oxford/UHC​​​

  • Do I offer superbills for those out-of-network? Yes. I will provide you with an updated superbill with the recent sessions at your request and you can submit them to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Where are you located? I provide telehealth only, so I do not currently have a physical address. However, I am licensed to serve clients in both Washington and Texas at this time. 

  • Can you see me if I live outside of TX or WA? No. I am only currently licensed in both those states and cannot see people outside of those states.

  • How do I approach counseling? In short, Jesus first, clinically sound, and attachment focused is the easiest way to put it. I am happy to answer any more questions about how I integrate all of it during a free consultation :)
